I have been back in Atlanta since January 2024, eagerly writing, teaching, and working with students and community partners here. In this post, I include some highlights from the past three months, during which time I have been learning from esteemed community organizers in my role as an Energy Equity, Environmental Justice, and Community Engagement Faculty Fellow at Georgia Tech.
Take a peek at the great work SLS 2023 students have accomplished in and around Metz, France since August. Highlights include in-class discussions, experiential learning through site visits, trips to neighboring districts and cities, volunteering, the Climate Fresk and facilitation training sessions, master classes with invited guests, and the visual art created for the "An Ecology of Objects" exhibit.
